Despite the ads by Dentsply,the company behind Lumineers, these porcelain restorations are not indicated for every single cosmetic case. Felspathic porcelain has the ability to be bonded to other feldspathic porcelains. At our Seattle cosmetic Dental office we have been able to bond to the existing crowns and bridges and therefore as long as there are no preexsting decay they can be saved.
